Opening and lifting
Press the release button, then click the wooden handle to open the lid. The ingredient hatch opens separately: raisins on the left, yeast on the right. Raise the pan handle before dragging the pan upwards.
Using the dial
Hover over the dial and scroll your mouse wheel to choose crust colour, kneading strength or rise target. Click to save; press and hold to go back or cancel. On the home screen, press and hold to pause baking.
